Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service and client-facing communication.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and enterprise apps.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues in real time.
• Log incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while managing user expectations.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle multiple tickets simultaneously while meeting SLAs and performance metrics.
