The role requires 2–5 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication. Pay rate ranges from $24 to $25 per hour, with shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for end users via phone and live chat.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for software, hardware, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; document steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems and collaborate with team to improve processes.
• Maintain professionalism while handling multiple requests in a 24x7 environment.
