Russell Tobin is seeking an IT Service Desk Agent in Columbus, OH to serve as the first contact for end users via phone and live chat in a 24x7 environment. You will resolve issues, document interactions, and contribute to process improvements while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and technical aptitude with enterprise software and hardware, plus a willingness to work varied shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of demonstrated customer support experience via phone and chat preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; able to work independently.
• Technical aptitude with learning and supporting IT systems and applications.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (typing, email, Windows).
