Job summary

Arora Engineers seeks a focused IT Service Desk professional to provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 services across a distributed enterprise environment.

You will deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, manage identity and access, and troubleshoot network connectivity including VPN and Meraki devices, with escalation to security or network teams as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Service desk experience in a distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoints and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and 365 licensing.
• Understanding of network basics, VPNs, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows endpoints and M365 apps.
• Deploy and maintain desktops using endpoint management tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and licensing issues.
• Administer identity tasks across AD, Entra ID, and 365 groups.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues; escalate when needed.
