Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and network issues in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level end-user support across voice, data, applications, and devices.
• Diagnose, document, and track incidents in a ticketing system with timely resolutions.
• Assist with admin tasks for Active Directory, 365 services, and device onboarding/offboarding.
