Middlesex Community College (MCC) seeks a skilled IT Service Desk technician to provide multichannel support for students, faculty, and staff. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and support classroom and remote environments from Bedford and Lowell campuses.

The role involves configuring devices, assisting with video conferencing, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the IT infrastructure team.

Competenze

• Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time computer support experience.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred; substitute allowed.
• Basic cybersecurity awareness and willingness to learn new technologies.

Mansioni

• Provide multichannel support (phone, email, chat, self-service) for MCC Technology Service Desk.
• Set up, maintain, and support Windows and Mac devices and peripherals in classrooms and offices.
• Assist with Zoom/Teams video conferencing and media setup for events and classes.
• Maintain asset inventory using ITSM system and Active Directory.
• Assist with resetting passwords and MFA/SSO credentials and support VPN remote access.
