Job summary

Collabera Inc. is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our global client support team. This 18-month contract role offers exposure to corporate IT environments across Pennington, NJ; Addison, TX; and Chandler, TX, with a pay range of $23–$25 per hour.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate (2025–2026) or someone with up to 3 years of experience who demonstrates excellent client care, teamwork, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Duration: 18 months contract with possible extension

Pay range: $23 - $25/Hr

Required Skills:

Must Have:

• Fresh Graduate (2025 - 2026)
• Requires 1-3 years of experience - Excellent Client Care / Customer Service skills.
• Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range: $20 - $25/Hr.
