Job summary

Meriton in Irving, TX seeks an IT Specialist II to ensure smooth computer, software and network operations across all business units. You will handle service desk calls on a shift basis, provide training, access management, and maintenance of IT equipment.

Responsibilities include deploying devices, supporting Apple and Microsoft products, guiding users, and contributing to security practices and new IT projects. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT services support experience
• MacOS experience required
• iOS experience preferred
• MCP and/or ITIL certifications preferred
• Familiarity with PowerShell required
• Office 365 administration preferred
• Azure and Windows Server experience preferred
• MSP experience preferred
• Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN/WAN/WLAN/vLAN
• Active Directory infrastructure familiarity
• IP Telephony knowledge beneficial
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Set up new user equipment and accounts including license management
• Train end users in equipment and software
• Diagnose and respond to support tickets via multiple channels
• Provide in-person and remote user support
• Support Apple devices (MacBook, iPad, iPhone)
• Support Microsoft products and cloud applications
• Configure and maintain hardware and software
• Assist with device provisioning and AV for meetings
• Document IT processes and system configurations
• Occasional travel to branch offices may be required
