Job summary

Commercial Metals in Irving, TX is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to ensure customer sites are operational, maintain Cherwell and related systems, and support manufacturing and office environments. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software, collaborating with AD, Exchange, Server, and Networking teams on escalations across multiple sites.

A Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 3 years in IT support; travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT service delivery or IT support.
• Experience with Cherwell and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer sites are operational and incidents are resolved promptly.
• Maintain and support Cherwell ticketing system and related IT assets.
• Collaborate with AD/Exchange/Server/Networking teams on escalations.
• Assist with IT project participation and regional rollouts.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications.
