Job summary

Meriton, a national investment holding company serving the commercial HVAC industry, is seeking an IT Specialist II, IT Service Delivery to ensure smooth computer, software, and network operations across our business units. You will handle service desk on shift basis, provide training and access management, and assist with hardware deployment.

You will help implement technology strategies aligned with operations, leveraging strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an IT services support role.
• MacOS experience required.
• iOS experience preferred.
• PowerShell familiarity required.
• Office 365 administration preferred.
• Azure and Windows Server experience preferred.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP - LAN, WAN, WLAN and VLAN technologies.
• MS Active Directory knowledge.
• IP Telephony familiarity.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• New user equipment and account setup, including deployment and license management.
• Train end users in the use of equipment and software
• Respond to support tickets, calls, emails, and walk-up requests with timely resolution and follow-up.
• Provide in-person and remote worker support.
• Support Apple products such as MacBook, iPad, and iPhone.
• Configure and support iPhone and iPad devices.
• Assist staff by providing video conference support for presentations and meetings.
• Maintain cyber security practices and threat management measures.
• Interact with vendors to facilitate repairs of hardware.
• Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Document IT processes and system configurations.
