Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as Site Manager for Resource Managers and on-site team.
• Ensure program goals are met within timeframes and budgets, delivering customer satisfaction.
• Provide SME leadership and act as escalation point on workplace issues.
• Report incidents to Leidos leadership and advise on action.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to direct reports; manage schedules and training.
