Responsibilities

• Apply ITIL-based IT Service Management processes across the enterprise to ensure timely incident resolution and high availability.
• Provide Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management to meet business objectives.
• Develop and sustain rigorous process definitions and reporting for high availability and governance.
• Lead and coach lower-level staff; communicate with internal and client project teams.
