Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced IT Service Management and Delivery professional to ensure ITIL-based processes are applied enterprise-wide for timely incident resolution and high availability. The candidate will provide Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management and act as the on-site SME and escalation point for workplace issues.

The role entails leading Resource Managers on-site, achieving program goals within budget and timeframes, reporting events to leadership, and coaching

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Prior MCEN experience
• ITIL certification required
• IAT II certification required
• Experience with Hardware (HW) or Software (SW) asset management.

Responsibilities

• Leverage ITIL-based processes to design, deploy, and sustain high-quality, highly available solutions.
• Provide Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management.
• Ensure rigorous process definition, reporting, and visibility for the IT organization.
• Serve as Site Manager for Resource Managers on-site and lead the team.
• Ensure program goals are met within timeframes and budgets, satisfying customers.
• Offer SME leadership and act as escalation point for workplace issues.
• Report events to Leidos leadership and advise on courses of action.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to direct reports.
