Job summary

Leidos is delivering enterprise IT services to support the DTRA mission at Fort Belvoir, VA. The Delivery Manager will drive execution across IT modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and major relocations, coordinating across engineering, project management, and operations to ensure on-schedule delivery within contract requirements.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and substantial federal contract leadership experience to manage cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS or equivalent; 12+ years of relevant enterprise IT or infrastructure program experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience as a PM/ Deputy PM or equivalent in a federal government contract with delivery responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of program objectives across multiple initiatives.
• Deliver IT modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and facility relocations.
• Coordinate with PM Lead and Engineering Lead for resource alignment and planning.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements, AQLs, and Leidos delivery standards.
• Promote Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and ITIL-based service management.
• Develop and deliver program performance reporting and executive briefings.
