Job summary

West Virginia University is seeking an ITS Service Center Manager to oversee the Towers Service Center operations, ensuring timely, professional customer support in person, by phone, email, and ticketing systems.

The role also handles administrative and accounting tasks for the Managed Printing program and Mountaineer Card ID program, with occasional support for the Mountainlair. Based on the Morgantown campus, it reports to the Assistant Director for ITS Service Centers and Printing operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; two years of experience in business, financial reconciliation, and customer service.
• Experience with databases and reporting.
• Equivalent combinations considered; all requirements must be met by employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the ITS Towers Service Center and provide information to customers in person, by phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Oversee administrative and accounting functions for the Managed Printing program and Mountaineer Card ID program.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure SLA adherence, and generate reports.
• Train and schedule student workers, ensure services meet procedures.
• Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with WVU policies.
• Create/reissue ID cards, troubleshoot card issues, and manage card production supplies.
