Virginia Commonwealth University’s Technology Services seeks a Billing & Managed Print Operations Specialist to support telecommunications and managed print services across VCU and VCU Health. The role handles billing processes, service requests, and records maintenance while ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, troubleshoot issues, and provide backup admin support for procurement and inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and service requests in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of billing systems, financial processes, and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for data tracking and documentation.
