Job summary

Digital Wave, a proactive MSP in Branson, MO, seeks a Managed IT Specialist to monitor and maintain client IT environments, including servers, networks, and cloud systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage access, apply updates, and respond to tickets while ensuring security and regular backups.

You will document configurations, collaborate with clients to understand needs, and contribute to technology assessments and improvement plans in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in IT with knowledge of OS, hardware, and common business apps.
• Hands-on experience with network administration and security, including firewalls and VPNs.
