Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, or security experience.
• Experience in Managed Services environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and lifecycle management of MSP platforms.
• Ensure SLAs, availability, and performance across platforms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual tasks.
• Develop operational standards and documentation.
• Coordinate security, patch management, and incident response.
• Participate in service design, migrations, and reporting.
