Connection is seeking a Sales Support Representative to work with Executive, Senior Executive, or Presidential Account Managers, assisting in day-to-day order fulfillment and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior support to Account Manager and customers during order fulfillment and servicing.
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for transactions to free the Account Manager for growth opportunities.
• Minimize issues by proactively following up on open orders and service inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
