Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Release & Change Manager in the Charlotte area to lead planning and coordination for complex deliveries across multiple teams. The role emphasizes strong governance, risk management, and end-to-end visibility of changes and releases.

The candidate will oversee change controls, PIRs, and deployment activities, working closely with Development, Infrastructure, QA, Operations, and business units in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT Change Management, Release Management, and Production Deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including workflow management, reporting, dashboards, and metrics generation.
• Familiarity with Quality Center/ALM tools and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple teams.
• Communicate objectives, manage risks, and provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health.
• Facilitate change governance activities including CAB discussions and review meetings.
• Coordinate dependencies and schedules across Application Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Operations teams.
• Maintain deployment readiness, metrics dashboards, and executive status summaries.
