Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Technical Change & Release Manager for the Money Movement Capability (MMC) Platform Engineering team in Charlotte, NC.

You will govern production and pre-production releases across MMC applications, payment rails, and shared platform services, coordinating with DevOps, QA, Production Support, Architecture, and Leadership to ensure changes are planned, approved, validated, deployed and closed with minimal risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Release Management, Production Governance, DevOps Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or IT Service Management.
• Experience coordinating large-scale releases across application, infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, and support organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management, including Change Records, CTASKs, approvals, configuration items, implementation workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with release risk management, deployment validation, incident response, rollback planning, and operational governance.
• Experience using AI copilots, generative AI platforms, or machine learning tools to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Govern MMC release governance, calendar management, and cross-teams coordination.
• Oversee change readiness, dependency management, testing signoffs, and implementation windows.
• Lead release readiness reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release analyses.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for release health and risk metrics.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted improvements to release governance, validation, and analytics.
