You will develop and grow new clients by building relationships with hiring managers across a wide variety of companies, supported by our sales management, data resources, and marketing collateral. Responsibilities

• Source candidates through internal database and job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder).
• Conduct phonescreens, interviews, coordinate interviews, and check references.
• Develop new clients through cold calling and business development with hiring managers.
• Present staffing services to Fortune 1000/5000 companies as a resource.
• Build and maintain relationships with large enterprise clients via on-site meetings and events.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with problem-solving and a proactive, dynamic approach.
