The primary responsibility involves driving the end-to-end recruiting process for open positions in the assigned client group(s). Activities include:

• Developing a recruitment strategy for active and passive candidates
• Facilitating the interview process and assessment
• Providing recommendations to the hiring manager on selection of finalist candidates
• Conducting reference-checking
• Negotiating and extending job offers
• Following-up to ensure appropriate onboarding procedures
