Job summary

Spring Raise Services is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to identify, engage, and evaluate technical talent.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and other channels, screen based on skills and experience, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet daily and monthly targets while

• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
