Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and technical skills required for open roles.
Source and attract candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, social platforms, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates technical fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.

Required Skills:
13 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong knowledge of various IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
