This is more than a sales position—it’s building a brand new service line for PowHER. You’ll implement and manage a pipeline from start to finish, turning initial conversations into valuable business opportunities. Your day-to-day will include engaging with businesses in search of talent in the PowHER community, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how PowHER can help them reach their goals. You’ll focus on creating a positive and memorable experience with every interaction, leaving a lasting impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Executive Recruiter at PowHER, your normal work day will look like...

Implement New Service Line

  • Create new relationships with organizations searching for talent in the PowHER community
  • B2B service line matching PowHER members with their targeted organizations

Build and Maintain Relationships

  • Establish, develop, and nurture positive customer relationships.
  • Educate prospects on our talent solutions with confidence and expertise, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Move prospects through the appropriate stages of their application using our systems.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and well-organized pipeline, ensuring clarity at all times.
  • Document all interactions with prospects to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Follow-Up & Client Engagement

  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods to build trust and rapport.
  • Identify and report any emerging patterns of negative feedback and share insights with the Sales Leader to improve client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the coach and PowHER client to brainstorm ideas and strategies to better serve our clients.
  • Work closely with your peers, leader and CEO/Founder by allowing shadowing of calls for feedback and improvement.
  • Help ensure smooth transitions for clients as they move from one program to the next, delivering a seamless experience.

Availability & Continuous Learning

  • Be available most days during US business hours to take calls and assist prospects.
  • Use both internal and external resources to stay current with industry trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

RESULTS:

The bare minimum, quantifiable results you will be responsible for achieving are:

Thorough Documentation

  • Ensure 100% of prospects are accurately documented by the end of each day, allowing service staff to have clear expectations and a seamless handoff.

Performance Metrics

  • Maintain a close rate of at least 25% or achieve 15+ enrollments sold per month.

Consistent Follow-Up

  • Follow up indefinitely with all qualified prospects

Timely Reporting

  • Update the business development stats sheet Monday through Friday by 7 pm EST to ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics.

Effective Team Communication

  • Foster an open and effective line of communication with the team, ensuring all necessary information is conveyed promptly and clearly.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay well-versed in the latest product offerings through ongoing education and training to maintain expertise and confidence in client conversations.

Internal Processes

  • Follow 100% of all internal communication cycles and protocols to align with company workflows and ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have experience working in Corporate America and/or exceptional knowledge of people dynamics in larger organizations.
  • High-volume executive search experience is a MUST; highly skilled executive recruiters are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communicator, particularly over the phone and video conferencing platforms.
  • Skilled and confident in delivering engaging and impactful presentations.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new sales processes.
  • Routine-driven and consistent in daily tasks and workflows.
  • Eager to grow rapidly and embrace opportunities for professional development.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of managing your time effectively and independently.
  • Well-organized with the ability to maintain a clear, up-to-date pipeline that can be easily reviewed by the Sales Leader.

LOCATION:

  • Anywhere in the USA

SCHEDULE:

  • Set your own schedule (within reason). Most potential clients are available between 9am - 9pm EST. An ideal work schedule is Mon-Fri, 10am -7pm but can vary.

SALARY:

  • $250,000 - 400,000 On Target Earnings (uncapped)
  • $100,000 Base
