An established industry player is seeking a driven IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment life cycle for direct clients. This role involves developing effective recruiting strategies, ensuring SLAs are met, and achieving high conversion rates from submissions to placements. Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in Australia.
Develop action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Handle different types of IT requirements such as Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML.
Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
Ensure that recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Regularly interact and hold daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements, and proactively create a funnel of potential candidates.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment is essential.
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred. However, a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Hands-on experience working with direct clients is required.
