Job description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for the position of IT Recruiter (C2H Hiring) for work from home.

Job details:

• Type: Work from home
• Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Working days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays are half days)

Compensation: CTC up to 12k-15k (fixed, depending on interview feedback) + incentives

Requirements: Candidate should have their own laptop & WIFI

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H/Contract to Hire positions.
• Understanding project requirements.
• Having strong experience in IT (C2H) staffing with Tier-1 IT clients.
• Sourcing quality and suitable candidates from target companies using provided resources.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn, references, and networks.
• Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirements.
• Coordinating weekday and weekend drives.
• Screening candidates based on educational qualification, technical skills, communication skills, and experience.
• Creating a database of candidates categorized by skills against requirements.
• Formatting candidate profiles as per client requirements.
• Searching resumes through internal databases, references, Boolean searches, mass mailing, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Scheduling and tracking shortlisted candidates for interviews.
• Tracking offered candidates until they join the organization.
• Maintaining trackers and reports of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1-4 years in IT recruitment (Permanent/C2H)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with Tier-1 IT clients is preferred
