Job summary

Citi is seeking an IT Quality Intermediate Analyst (Hybrid) to join our Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining automated test scripts with Selenium WebDriver, executing comprehensive manual and automated testing, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate across development, product, and QA to ensure robust software quality while leveraging modern testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of QA experience with strong test automation focus.
• Proficient in designing and developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong OO programming skills (Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with frameworks like TestNG/JUnit/Pytest/NUnit.
• Experience with Page Object Model design pattern.
• Ability to design, write and execute manual test plans and cases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dev, product, and QA to define test strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Write and execute detailed manual test plans and cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to find defects.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Execute automated tests and report defects and quality status.
• Review code of test scripts for quality standards.
• Report progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Research and adopt new testing tools and methodologies.
