Job summary

CRG in San Diego seeks two IT Project Managers to oversee the software development lifecycle, web database engineering, and modernization of the digital Blue List platform, providing technical oversight, integration management, and PMO support to the Government IT Program Manager on the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services contract.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow platform management experience within a DoW or federal environment and be comfortable delivering executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years IT project management, PMO support, or IV&V for enterprise IT portfolios.
• At least 2 years overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations in DoW or Federal programs.
• Active certification: CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP.
• Knowledge of DoW secure cloud infra (IL-4+), DevSecOps, API-driven architectures.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0.
• U.S. citizen with Tier 3 investigation in DISS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software lifecycle, web DB engineering, and modernization of Blue List.
• Provide technical oversight and PMO support to Government IT PM.
• Review evaluations and recommendations for technical submissions.
• Coordinate schedules and dependencies across teams and DoD partners.
• Use ServiceNow PM tools to track progress, velocity, and dashboards.
• Prepare weekly executive status briefings and PMO documentation.
