Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the digital Blue List platform, delivering technical project management, PMO support, and integration oversight across the software lifecycle.

You will monitor execution, maintain ServiceNow dashboards, manage cross‑vendor dependencies, and report program status to Government stakeholders, enabling secure DoD cloud integration and DevSecOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• At least five years in IT project management or PMO/IVV for enterprise IT portfolios.
• At least two years overseeing ServiceNow platform implementations within DoW or federal programs.
• Active CSM/PMI-ACP/PMP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Agile Development 2.0.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Government, contractor, cross-vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT project management and PMO support for the digital Blue List platform.
• Oversee SDLC activities, web/database engineering, and modernization tasks.
• Support Government IT Program Manager with technical oversight and schedule tracking.
• Coordinate technical activities across Government stakeholders, contractors, and cross-vendor teams.
• Promote consistent use of ServiceNow for tracking and reporting.
