Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an IT Product Manager Intern to join the IT Payer Team in Durham, NC. The 12-week paid internship offers hands-on experience in analytics, dashboard creation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields and have exposure to Power BI, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics or Data Analytics.
• 1+ year experience with dashboard and analytics concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics and dashboards to track KPIs, product usage, and operational metrics for the Payor platform.
• Audit, organize, and prioritize engineering backlog within Jira and translate feedback into user stories in Confluence.
• Support AI-driven features by mapping requirements and tracking performance.
• Assist with onboarding new Payor accounts and gather early user feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral and in-application help guides.
