Labcorp in Durham, NC, seeks an IT Product Manager Intern to join the Payor Team. The 12-week full-time internship focuses on analytics, dashboard development, and Agile backlog work for the Payor platform.

Preferred candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, CS, Health Informatics or Data Analytics, with 1+ year exposure to dashboards, Power BI, and Agile tools like Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics or Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Data Dashboards: Build dashboards with Power BI to track KPIs, product usage and operational metrics for the Payor platform.
• Agile Backlog Consolidation: Audit, organize, and prioritize our engineering backlog in Jira; translate stakeholder feedback into user stories and Confluence docs.
• AI Feature Support: Map requirements, analyze data inputs, and track performance of AI-driven features.
• Client Onboarding Engagement: Support onboarding for new Payor accounts and gather early user feedback to improve the product experience.
• Key Marketing Approaches: Create collateral and in-application materials with Marketing and business resources.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing to keep projects on schedule.
