Job summary

Labcorp in Burlington, NC is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern to join our Finance Team for an 11-week paid internship. You will support requirements gathering, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration while helping deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Join Labcorp’s 2027 Global Internship Program from June 1, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with mentoring, leadership exposure and hands-on projects that offer real-world experience in healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
Working toward a degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives.
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Support technology solutions that align with business and organizational objectives.
Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation.
Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
