Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Working toward a degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Lucidchart for process and workflow mapping.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• Interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors, though all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery
• Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows
• Support technology solutions aligned with business and organizational objectives
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
• Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience supporting Labcorp’s healthcare innovation mission
• Gain exposure to requirements gathering, project delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
