Labcorp is seeking an IT Business Analyst Intern to join the Finance Team in Burlington, NC with a hybrid work schedule. This 11-week paid internship offers hands-on experience on real projects and exposure to cross-functional teams.

Eligible candidates are rising juniors or seniors in relevant degree programs, with a strong analytical mindset and interest in applying AI to improve business processes. June 1, 2027 – Aug 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Working toward a degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Support technology solutions that align with business and organizational objectives.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
