Job summary

Labcorp invites highly motivated students to join its 11-week IT Business Analyst Intern program in the Finance Team. The internship runs June 1, 2027 to August 13, 2027 with paid compensation and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT and development teams to gather requirements, map processes using Lucidchart, and explore AI-enabled improvements while gaining exposure to Labcorp’s global operations and leadership through

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Lucidchart for process and workflow mapping.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Experience with Jira is preferred.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• Interest in leveraging technology and emerging tools to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis activities and requirements gathering for technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, development teams, testing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist with documenting business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Support technology solutions that align with business and organizational objectives.
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with project activities from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
