Job summary

Florida Department of Health is seeking an Office Automation Specialist II to oversee IT purchasing, requisitions, and encumbrances for the Information Technology program. You will reconcile invoices in the AOD system and track subscription renewals.

You will also manage cellular devices for FDOH-Orange, maintain device inventories, log new assets in the Asset Management System, and support procurement needs across facilities with audits and billing code coordination.

Qualifications

• Procurement of IT supplies, services and equipment.
• Prepare requisitions, receive invoices, and reconcile in AOD.
• Manage purchase order encumbrances and vendor billing codes.
• Track monthly and yearly subscriptions and renewals.
• Maintain inventories for cellular technology and devices.
• Log inventory in Asset Management System and assist with audits.
• Support Facilities with procurement needs and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT purchases and create encumbrances for IT assets.
• Coordinate with Business office and program managers on billing codes.
• Track and audit device assets and subscription renewals.
