Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess CompTIA Certification.
• Have 4 years verifiable IT Help Desk/Phone Support Technician experience.
• 4 years verifiable experience troubleshooting networks within TCP/IP.
• Experience troubleshooting Office 365 including Teams.
• This position is full-time and in-office; willingness to work onsite.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to Orange County staff, installing and maintaining hardware and software.
• Provide remote assistance to resolve network and systems issues.
• Maintain daily inventory entries and update equipment records in the inventory system.
• Perform helpdesk duties for staff as needed.
• Assist Network Administrator with WAN/LAN maintenance and components.
• Assist other teams with presentations and software training, including AV conference equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
