Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Process Specialist to analyze, document, and optimize OCIO processes supporting a DHS contract. You will map current and future-state workflows, conduct root-cause analyses, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and mission alignment.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional workshops, creating process maps, and supporting change management with standardized templates and SOPs. A Public Trust clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered (16 years experience with no degree, AA + 12 years, BA/BS + 10 years)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Proven expertise in process analysis, mapping, and optimization in complex environments
• Strong proficiency with process mapping tools and methodologies (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, value stream mapping)
• Demonstrated success identifying bottlenecks, root-cause analysis, and implementing improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong documentation and visualization skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes across OCIO; identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Perform gap analysis vs industry best practices; evaluate workflows for operational obstacles
• Develop Process Maps and Bottleneck Analysis using BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes; capture workflows and designs
• Lead process-mapping and root-cause sessions with cross-functional teams; use 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto analyses
• Develop evidence-based recommendations to streamline workflows and improve performance; contribute to improvement roadmaps
• Support execution of improvements with plans, schedules, and tracking; coordinate with leadership and teams
• Develop standardized processes, templates, SOPs, job aids; collaborate with change management
• Establish metrics, KPIs, dashboards; contribute to Monthly Progress Reports with process metrics
