Job summary

Unox, a market leader in high-end ovens, is seeking an IT Process Analyst to join the Information Technology Team at Cadoneghe (PD) site. The role focuses on optimizing data-driven processes using Salesforce across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing.

You will map information flows, design requirements with stakeholders, own projects, and develop configurations on Salesforce, with integrations to SAP ERP. A degree in engineering/CS/math/stats and 1+ year Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, CS, mathematics or statistics.
• Basic knowledge of REST concepts.
• 1+ years Salesforce experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve value delivery processes in IT to enable data-driven decisions and efficient work environments.
• Leverage Salesforce across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing to streamline information flow and reduce non-value-added activities.
• Map, improve and measure information flows across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes.
• Define and design requirements with stakeholders.
• As project owner, estimate resources and set milestones and deadlines.
• Develop, test, and configure Salesforce to avoid issues when deploying to production.
• Build scripts and integrations with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP).
• Provide helpdesk support to end users.
• Standardize and share knowledge, procedures and best practices within the IT team.

28.800€ - 32.000€ The expected gross annual salary (RAL) for this position, in relation to the required 1-2 years of experience, ranges from a minimum of €28.800 to a maximum of €32.000.

Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the eighth year in a row, is looking for an IT Process Analyst to join the Information Technology Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site.

Main responsibilities

• Process Analysts play a central role in the IT team at Unox: their aim is to sustain and continuously improve the value delivery processes, enabling effective data driven decisions and efficient workplaces;
• In particular, we are looking for a talented individual who will leverage the Salesforce ecosystem and technologies within Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes, acting as a Digital KPO to streamline the information flow and eliminate non-value added activities, combining technical skills with lean/agile principles and techniques;
• Map, improve and measure information flows across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes;
• Define and design the requirements with the stakeholders;
• As project owner, estimate the resources required and set the proper milestones and deadlines;
• Development, testing and fixing of configurations on the Salesforce platform, ensuring no adverse impacts when deploying to production;
• Build scripts and integrations to allow interaction with other systems (e.g. SAP ERP);
• Helpdesk and support the end users;
• Standardize and share knowledge, procedures and best practices among the IT team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer science, Mathematics or statistic;
• Basic knowledge of REST principles;
• 1+ years of experience/certifications on Salesforce are a plus (we currently use Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud).
