Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business tech management or finance.
• 5+ years in vendor/contract management or related roles.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience with enterprise vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor management team and establish governance standards.
• Own assigned vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Oversee onboarding through offboarding and manage scope, performance, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance and IT leaders.
• Provide leadership updates to executives on vendor health and risks.
