Benchmark Gensuite in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated IT Operations Trainee to join our Technology and User Support team. This entry-level role will support daily IT operations and assist users with hardware, software, and network issues.

You will work on-site with a hybrid model, collaborate with international teams, and gain hands-on training in ticketing systems, asset management, and IT processes while pursuing a growing career in enterprise technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Set up and maintain printers and other peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior team members.
• Respond to help desk tickets and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with international IT teams on cross-functional projects.
• Support global IT initiatives and standardization efforts.
