Ideal candidates are pursuing a technical bachelor’s degree and possess foundational IT operations knowledge, incident management awareness, and strong collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Familiarity with manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• Understanding of incident management and problem management processes.
• Foundational knowledge of network operations or application management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and P&G security initiatives.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Intern at site IT Operations, supporting end-to-end IT engineering and OT for a manufacturing site or distribution center.
• Drive continuous improvement and build supply chain experience in IT operations.
• Be a change agent—support secure, compliant, always-on operations 24x7.
• Work at P&G plant locations across the USA as needed.
