Job summary

The Greentree Group is seeking a Back To Business I.T. Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support from our Beavercreek, OH office. You will handle end-user systems, MS 365 services, and AD-related tasks while collaborating with a talented team in a dynamic, hybrid-friendly environment.

We value a strong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area. A minimum of three years’ experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Three years’ experience may substitute for a degree in relevant IT roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, MS Office, Microsoft 365, Intune, and AD performance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user client systems, including hardware, software, network, e-mail, printing, backups, and related OS.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configuration changes.
• Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
