Job summary

Avel eCare is seeking a motivated IT Operations Technician II to support deployment and ongoing operations of technology solutions across our nationwide virtual health network. You will configure, test, and deploy network equipment and end-user devices, administer Mobile Device Management systems, and provide Tier 2–3 technical support.

Working onsite at our Sioux Falls hub, you will assist with onboarding, troubleshoot connectivity, and manage asset logistics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum three years deploying telephony, video conferencing, and mobile devices.
• Experience supporting IT project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and test IT network equipment and end-user devices.
• Provide Tier 2–3 technical support and troubleshooting.
• Administer Mobile Device Management systems (MDM).
