Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated in Sioux Falls is seeking a Network Support Tier 2 Level 1 Engineer to troubleshoot advanced network issues, support mission-critical broadband environments, and deliver exceptional technical support to hotel clients worldwide.

This on-site role partners with the Technical Assistance Center, field technicians, and engineering teams to resolve complex WAN/LAN, routing, switching, and RF problems while coordinating dispatches and maintaining accurate customer records for

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field.
Experience supporting enterprise networks and broadband or managed services.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, WAN/LAN and RF fundamentals.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support environment.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for broadband networks and managed services, acting as escalation resource.
Troubleshoot complex WAN/LAN, routing, switching, wireless, and RF issues.
Perform remote maintenance, upgrades, and proactive monitoring with clear customer communication.
Coordinate field dispatches, document records, and recommend hardware replacements.
Improve knowledge base and participate in cross-functional training.
