Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking an IT Technician to support ongoing IT operations across its facilities, including planning, organizing, and sustaining telecommunications capabilities. You will assist the IT Director, train staff on telecom equipment, and help secure electronic data.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT systems management, an associate degree, and hands-on experience with network and device support. You will liaise with vendors and stay proactive in maintaining system uptime.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in IT required.
• Three to five years of hands-on IT systems management experience.
• Experience with network security and IT infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations across centers and data center.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT personnel.
