Job summary

OP RaaS in North Dakota is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset & Lifecycle Specialist to coordinate device repair processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely distribution of end-user equipment. You will partner with IT teams, vendors, and logistics providers to maintain device availability, document workflows, and support audits, while adhering to internal standards.

This on-site role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and occasional travel to support

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; degree in IT, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in IT asset management, device lifecycle operations, or logistics.
• Familiarity with repair processes, warranty management, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking.
• Understanding IT governance, compliance, and lifecycle standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift/carry IT equipment up to 75 pounds several times per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate device repair activities and warranty claims.
• Manage inventory of end-user devices and parts.
• Oversee device distribution to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and logistics to meet enterprise standards.
