The position requires an associate degree in computer science and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Background check and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, repair, and upgrade hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues and assist users.
• Provide training and guidance on new hardware/software deployments.
• Monitors system performance and manages client software across network.
• Document problems, incidents, and changes in IT management systems.
• Provide after-hours technical support when required.
